Travel and cancellation terms

PRICES:
Room/suite prices are per person/day incl. breakfast buffet and 4-course dinner menu (choice of main dishes). Resort tax € 1.60 per person/day is NOT INCLUDED. Special arrangement,
14 Apr - 17 Dec 2012: breakfast or 3-course dinner menu, plus resort tax € 1.30 per person/day.
Apartment prices are per apartment/day. Food arrangement and resort tax are NOT INCLUDED.
All information subject to change. Errors and omissions excepted.

RESORT TAX:
The resort tax has to be paid separately: € 1.60 per person/night in winter; € 1.30 per person/night in summer. No resort tax for children under 15 years!

RESERVATIONS:
Your reservation is guaranteed only upon receipt of an advance payment of € 150.00 per room, suite or apartment.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in from approx. 2.00 pm. Check-out by 10.00 am at the latest.

ANIMALS
Animals admitted. Extra charge € 5.00 per day. Food is not included.

TRIP CANCELLATION
In case of late arrival, early departure and trip cancellation a cancellation fee must be paid according to the terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry.
