General Booking Information
ROOM & SUITE PRICES
The prices quoted are per person per day, excluding resort tax.
The 3rd and 4th person are charged separately at a reduced rate; children are charged according to their age.
APARTMENT PRICES
The prices quoted are valid for a minimum occupancy of 4 people per day, excluding resort tax.
The 5th and 6th person are charged separately at a reduced rate; children are charged according to their age.
RESORT TAX
The resort tax of € 5.00 per person per day will be charged separately.
Children and young people up to 14 years of age do not pay the resort tax.
SHORT STAY AND WEEKEND SURCHARGE
We reserve the right to charge an extra short stay and weekend surcharge.

Your reservation is only confirmed after we have received your deposit of 30% of the total booking price.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept bank transfer, cash, EC Maestro, Visa or MasterCard.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in from approx. 2:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am at the latest.
No free parking is available before check-in or after check-out.
PETS
Pets are allowed for an extra charge of € 20.00 per day, excluding food.
CANCELLATION POLICY ACCORDING TO LAW
Cancellation policy according to the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry:
- 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival, we charge 40% of the total booking price as a cancellation fee. - 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival, we charge 70% of the total booking price as a cancellation fee.
- During the last week (no-show, late arrival, early departure), 90% of the total booking price is due.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is suggested just to be on the safe side. In order to protect yourself, we strongly recommend
taking out travel insurance.

- You can cancel free of charge up to 8 days prior to arrival.

Children & Discounts
CHILDREN & SUMMER AND AUTUMN DISCOUNTS
The 3rd and 4th person in the room and the 5th and 6th person in the apartment are charged according to age:
– Children up to 4 years stay free of charge
– Children from 5 to 9 years -50% per day
– Children from 10 to 14 years -30% per day
– Children from 15 to 16 years -10% per day
– Children 17 years and older pay full price
CHILDREN & WINTER DISCOUNTS
The 3rd and 4th person in the room, as well as the 5th and 6th person in the apartment, receive discounts based on age:
– Children 1 to 4 years -70% per day
– Children 5 to 6 years -50% per day
– Children 7 to 9 years -30% per day
– Children 10 to 14 years -20% per day
– Children 15 to 16 years -10% per day
– Children 17 years and older pay full price
